Richards Accounting & Financial Services (RAFS) is an accounting and financial firm that offers accounting services, tax services and consulting services. The core areas that we focus on are in the areas of church accounting, school and daycare accounting, housing accounting and accounting for other non-profit or for-profit organizations. We are extremely committed to providing quality professional service to our clients. RAFS is dedicated to working closely with clients to help them achieve their goals and to discover new opportunities.

Genroy A. Richards founded RAFS in 2005 and currently operates the company. He is a trusted strategic advisor to clients ranging from business owners in service-based industries and professional practices to individuals. Genroy focuses on helping small to medium size organizations usually pertaining to churches, private schools, day care centers and restaurants. Genroy holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Hunter College, a Master of Science Degree in Administration from Central Michigan University, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed to practice in the State of New York. Genroy is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He conducts business under its Code of Professional Conduct in order to maintain the highest degree of integrity in his practice. Genroy is also a member of The New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. Over a 19 year period, Genroy has held several key positions in the field of accounting with several major organizations. RAFS is located in the Mid-County section of Brooklyn, making it extremely accessible to clients in New York City, Long Island and Westchester. Genroy is married with four children, and is fluent in Spanish.
